9 | The Book Hebrews
Hebrews 12 calls believers to run their race in light of the cloud of witnesses already described. The teaching ties endurance to God’s loving discipline, warns against bitterness and drifting and lifts the vision of the community toward the unshakable kingdom they belong to.
5 | The Book Romans
Paul turns to sanctification in Romans 6, describing how believers learn to walk in the new life God provides. This session explains the contrast between old habits and new identity, the call to present ourselves to God, and how the Spirit enables obedience.
Birds of a Feather | Proverbs On Relationships | Week 5
Text: Proverbs 13:20
You will become like the people with whom you spend the most time.
1 | The Church That Changed The World
The story opens with the risen Jesus ascending and the disciples waiting in that expectant, uncertain space between promise and fulfillment. Pentecost breaks in with power, transforming ordinary followers into bold witnesses. From Jerusalem outward, the gospel begins leaping across cultural and geographic boundaries. Persecution cannot stop it, and even Saul the persecutor becomes Paul the apostle. A movement that began with 120 believers becomes a Spirit-filled force that carries the hope of Christ into the world.
2 | The Church That Changed The World
The gospel reaches influential cities like Corinth and Ephesus, carried by leaders such as Paul, Aquila, Priscilla, and Apollos. Miracles, spiritual gifts, and transformed lives abound, but so do conflict, confusion, and moral failure. Paul writes to guide these young churches back to the heart of the gospel, calling them to unity, humility, and holiness. Even in the chaos of growth, God shapes His people into a community marked by grace and truth.
8 | The Church That Changed The World
Peter writes to believers walking through pressure and misunderstanding, reminding them that trials refine rather than destroy. He exposes the enemy’s attempts to intimidate or infiltrate the church and calls God’s people to stand firm with humility, purity, and steadfast hope. Even unfair suffering becomes a place where Christ is revealed. These letters offer courage for anyone learning to follow Jesus in a culture that does not always understand the way of the cross.
Walking in the Presence and Power of the Holy Spirit | Session 8
What does it means to stay in daily step with the Holy Spirit? This teaching draws from Galatians and Romans to show how focus shapes direction, how spiritual breathing keeps the heart clear, and how the Spirit forms character over time like fruit slowly ripening on a tree. With vivid stories and grounded insight, listeners are invited to enjoy a moment-by-moment relationship with the Spirit, learning to walk closely, listen deeply, and let His presence guide their ordinary days.

Text: Hebrews 6:2
We must make a U-turn to find the road to life.
How to Recognize Counterfeit Prophetic Activity | Session 10
This session equips participants to discern the difference between authentic prophetic ministry and false or unhealthy expressions. Drawing on both Old and New Testament examples, the teaching explores signs of counterfeit prophecy including speaking from one’s own imagination, telling people only what they want to hear, covering over sin, greed, sensuality, and lives that bear poor spiritual fruit. Participants learn to become fruit inspectors who recognize maturity, integrity, and accountability as marks of true prophetic activity.
Greeting & Background | Colossians | Session 1
Paul’s opening words in Colossians set the tone for the whole letter: identity rooted in Christ, not in role, achievement, or spiritual performance. Even in two short verses, Paul reminds the church that grace and peace come from God—not from striving—and that believers are “saints” because they’ve been set apart by Him, not because they’ve earned a title. The session highlights Paul’s humility in introducing himself simply as “Paul, an apostle,” keeping function and identity distinct, and modelling a way of ministry that resists status and embraces servanthood. It also places the letter in its context—Colossae facing subtle, blended influences that threatened to nudge believers off course by only a degree or two. In a world full of “designer spirituality,” Paul’s introduction quietly calls the church back to the clarity, authority, and sufficiency of Christ from the very first line.
Put on the New Self | Colossians | Session 7
Paul turns our attention to what life in Christ actually looks like when the gospel begins to reshape us from the inside out. Salvation isn’t only about what we’ve been freed from—it’s also about what we’ve been freed for. In this passage he shows how the Christian life grows as we intentionally set our minds on things above, put to death the patterns that once ruled us, and learn to walk in the character of Jesus. The outward habits matter, but the deeper work happens as the Spirit renews our hearts, forms new desires, and teaches us to see one another through the lens of Christ rather than old divisions. It’s a picture of a community being slowly, steadily shaped into His likeness.
